Originally, I booked my appointment online. Upon arrival, I was informed that the online system and the appointment system are not connected and therefore, I did not have an appointment. Obviously, if the online booking tool is not available, it should be removed. However, in today’s times, online tools are the preferred source, especially due to convenience. The dealership should consider making it available. Also, it took 1.5 hrs for an oil change. That shouldn’t take more than 30 min. I never had to wait this long. What’s the purpose of having an appointment. Staff was very pleasant, as usual.

The service department incorrectly handled my vehicle and claim with extended warranty company which ended with my claim being denied and my warranty completely voided and canceled. Don Davis admitted to the mistake and did nothing to accept the blame and fix the problem. I was going to buy another vehicle there when my original truck was fixed but because of the mishandling of my case I took my business across the street to Leo Martin where they actually had compassion for the issue and sold me a brand new car at a discounted price because of the way I was treated at Don Davis. DO BETTER BY YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!

Was a little disappointed. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wipers. That was a Friday. On Monday I was heading for Conroe and had a flat tire. The wrecker driver told me to drive very slow and carefully back to Lake Jackson because the tires are not good. My question is : Why didn't they tell me the tires were bad when they rotated them 3 days earlier????
