The service department incorrectly handled my vehicle and claim with extended warranty company which ended with my claim being denied and my warranty completely voided and canceled. Don Davis admitted to the mistake and did nothing to accept the blame and fix the problem. I was going to buy another vehicle there when my original truck was fixed but because of the mishandling of my case I took my business across the street to Leo Martin where they actually had compassion for the issue and sold me a brand new car at a discounted price because of the way I was treated at Don Davis. DO BETTER BY YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!

Quick and easy transaction. I've been buying cars and truck for 53 years - and I think this was the first time I haven't gotten-up from the salesman's desk and walked-out in the midst of negotiations, ready to go somewhere else. Everything fell into place just the way I hoped it would. Maybe I'm not as stubborn as I used to be... Ha!

Great experience

Was a little disappointed. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wipers. That was a Friday. On Monday I was heading for Conroe and had a flat tire. The wrecker driver told me to drive very slow and carefully back to Lake Jackson because the tires are not good. My question is : Why didn't they tell me the tires were bad when they rotated them 3 days earlier????

My 2024 Buick Enclave’s top running/headlight went out while still under warranty. I brought it in and they looked at my car and ordered a new one. I brought it back in the next week and left it and was told that GM sent the wrong part. I live 30 minutes from the dealership so that’s two hours of my day and my wife’s day wasted. They order another light from another dealership and we go back a few days later and drop our car off. That afternoon we receive a call and they say that the other dealership sent a used light that doesn’t work. That’s another four hours of our time wasted. They order another light and we bring our car and they replace it finally.

It’s always fun going in there talking to all the salespeople. They always try their best to get me approved. I love being apart of the Don Davis family!
